Preferred room and roommate description

I have one room 10x11 in a 2 bedroom apartment with a view of the harbor and only 1/2 block off the water.

This place is beautiful and I am renting it at quite the bargain because I need someone in ASAP.

I do have two cats and a rabbit.

I am a super laid back lady. I am quiet and go to bed early. No parties allowed on this premises. The yard is really nice on sunny days and plenty large for some Frisbee.
