Bellingham Roommates & Rooms for rent Bellingham

I am seeking creative thinkers to share living space at very reasonable rent ($100 per week, $125 for a larger room) with an opportunity to "earn while you learn" as a side benefit. I can't remember the last time someone came here without commenting on how gorgeous my property and home are. Must be open minded, clean, English speaking, and willing to prove your ability to pay. No drugs, children or pets. My kids are grown and gone. I also already have two very friendly dogs and that's enough. Many retail jobs currently available and more coming soon a mile from my house, busline nearby, and I have wireless access here. I am willing to train in many areas of money making opportunities such as Real Estate (I'm a WA state licensed instructor), Credit Repair, Business building in general, Networking...much more. Please understand that I want motivated people who want to have a bit more than just a room. I also have some other very "outside the box" things going on and will be happy to discuss those with you if the interview goes well.
