Room available in a Women’s only home beginning February 1, 2012. Female house-share arrangement. The other tenants have requested a female co-tenant.

We ask for 1st month rent, last month rent, and a security deposit. Application fee for credit & background check in $35 and non-refundable (we are only passing on the service cost we have to pay).
House has upstairs and downstairs entrances. The kitchen and dinig room are shared between all housemates. Upstairs living room has fireplace, entertainment center, berber carpets, downstairs livingroom is large, with berber carpets. Upstairs dining room has beautiful light and hardwood floor. Large downstairs laundry room available to all tenants. Please see pictures in the included link and those attached to the ad.
House is shared - when full it's a total of 4 women roomie/housemates. Berber carpets and hardwood floors in the house. All rooms have cable outlets and WiFi internet Access (cost for both is seperate from basic utils). Home comes with large laundry room downstairs with washer, dryer space for folding and hanging clothes to dry; upstairs it has 2 fridges, microwave, gas stove, Braun stainless steel dishwasher. Lovely red-brick gas fireplace, dining room, open kitchen with hardwood floors and plenty of storage, oak cabinets, windows and doors framed in real wood with wood blinds, honeycomb-style blinds, gorgeous front entry door with glass and mosaic window in door, french doors to garden, large two-level deck.
The location can't be beat, easy commute to anywhere that's anyplace - less than 5 min from freeway. Downtown Kirkland and Bellevue are a few minutes away and take the 520 Interchange to Seattle in 20 minutes. So close to Evergreen Hospital (5 min) UW Bothell, Northwest University, Bellevue Community College, Cascadia College, Bastyr University or Lake Washington Technical college. 5 min to Woodinville wineries and RedHook Brewery! Bus stops about 500 yards from house.
