Preferred room and roommate description

Looking for a quite place. No parties, no smoking, pets ok if they're quiet and clean. I'm good at keeping to myself and cleaning up after myself. Working early mornings till late afternoons in Kirkland. Close bus access would be a major plus. I don't really watch tv much at all and I have my own internet arrangements so I don't require any wireless hook ups. I read a lot and enjoy roleplaying games as well as Warhammer 40K. I lived in an apartment by myself for the last 10 years and was quite content in the U of Wyoming dorms before that. I am employed but still searching for a better job. I've been an archaeologist for the last 15 years and was a band teacher before that. I have a wide variety of hobbies and interests and can hold intelligent discussions which can turn goofy with no notice.

I would prefer mature room mates and clear out liines of what is and isn't shared in the house/flat. I don't mind nice gatherings of friends on occasion, but definitely do not like parties. I have lived with females in the past so thats no big deal to me so long as everything is up front, open and clear.
