Cozy bedroom in a railroad apartment. I am looking to sublet a small but comfortable room in my railroad apartment.

The apartment is situated 4 block away from Gates Av or 6 1/2 from Kosziuscko stop.

I am a male musician and like to share this place week by week with tourists, artists or musicians in town for a short period of time. All amenities are included heat and hot water, Wi-fi, kitchen and bathroom. Stores are close by as well as laundry.
