I am looking for a room to rent, in the Murray Scholls Ferry Rd area close to bus stop and my job! I am looking for something for 8 to 10 mos at the most. After that time I would be eventually getting my own place. I am physically active and looking for a place to call home, no pets no smoking, or drugs light drinking ok, relaxing environment just want to reset after downsizing. Clean, tidy, is an absolute Must!!! I don't want to live with anyone who isn't neat and clean..... though I respect the fact that I would be in a roommate situation, if you "aren't" concerned about, dishes in the sink, dirty floors, dirty laundry and bathrooms, sorry, I wouldn't be a good fit as a roommate.....however if you are looking for someone who is responsible neat clean and trustworthy please, by all means give me a call
