Preferred room and roommate description

I have a room available for rent in Virginia Beach. I am looking for a reliable, respectful, non-smoker to rent the room for $375 per month plus your share of utilities (wifi is free). You would have private use of the unfurnished bedroom and shared use of the dine-in kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom, and furnished living room with home theatre (42"Plasma TV with surround sound).

I am a professional male in my early thirties, and as such, I do not party, nor do I want my house to become a party environment. Occasional guests are welcome, and occasional social drinking is okay. Your gender, orientation, race, and religion are of no concern to me; I am simply looking for clean, mature, steadily-employed roommate(s) who respect others privacy and property, expect the same respect in return, and who will pay rent on time in a quiet, drug-free environment. I currently have one roommate who is in his mid-twenties. We are both very diligent about keeping the common areas of the house clean, and we respect others' privacy.

A bit more about me: I am a pianist, lindy hop and blues dancer, cyclist, and skier. If you have similar interests, great, if not, no big deal. I love animals, and I do have two cats, but, unfortunately, I will not be able to allow pets. This is not negotiable.

To reiterate: NO Drugs NO Smokers and, as much as I love mammals, reptiles, insects, fish, and amphibians, pets are not allowed.

A few additional notes: Any potential roommate will have to be at least 18, a non-smoker, and not have pets.
