Preferred room and roommate description

Hi, my name is Lance. I am interested in extending a opening offer pending us meeting and getting to know each other to see if the qualifications are met. The rent will be $300 a month. You will have your own private room. All of the utilities will be included, unless my electricity bill sky rockets and then you will have to pay half. I have a pretty cheap electricity bill here. It is only like $45 a month some months. You will have all access to cable and internet, but you will have to have your own computer. I have digital cable in the living room and basic in my bedroom. An additional line can be arrainged if requested. If I have a great month, I may knock the rent down a hundred bucks depending on how things go with me. I will let you know when you pay the rent, so please don't ask about it or expect it because I will let you know when it is time to pay or before. I like to help people out and that is what I am here for. The main reason why I am looking for a room mate is because I really don't know anyone here and I don't have any family here. I am looking for someone to do things with and keep me company when they are not busy. I am a pretty fun person to be around. Your must meet the following qualifications to be considered though: You must be reponsible, keep the house clean, be willing to help cook a few meals when we don't go out to eat(at times, we would problebly eat out at my expense on my nights when I don't want to cook), must not do drugs(illegal Narcotics), and have a job and/or a full time student.
