Our 3rd roomate moved out on us a few weeks ago, we need to fill the room this month.
3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath fully furnished townhouse. Rent for the whole place is $850 you will only pay $285. The other bills to pay are energy and cox. Energy is usualy $200ish and cox is $109/mo. We split those bills evenly between the 3 rooms. The open room is 9x10, it has a closet, fan with lights and a window view of the front of the townhouse.
