Preferred room and roommate description
I live in Adairsville, Ga with my dogs. I have a 3 bedroom house that I'm looking to rent out one of the rooms. There are two bathrooms, I only use one of them so the other is yours! Large back yard, grill, patio set. 2 car garage, so no getting wet on the way to work. I do work crazy hours! I'm looking for someone who will pay their rent on time and be respectful of my house. I do drink some and I smoke, but only outside. I love to go out and have a great time, but also have to get up early so if you're a night -owl, just remember I need my sleep...just take that into account. I'm a very laid back person and can get along with anybody and everybody, but have quiet the little temper when the need arises ! What you do is your business as long as it doesn't negatively affect me or my house. I'd love to have someone that I could hang out with, but it's not necessary.
