Preferred room and roommate description

Not sure what to say. I'm responsible, neat & organized, quiet & respectful, and expect the same. Easy to get along with / Sincere friendly person that will treat your property as if it we're my own. Simple as that! :) / Stable single 45 yr old drama-free gwm / Professional - 20+ yr career as a 911 - Fire dispatch supervisor in Harford Co. I love the city and I don't mind the commute / Work schedule: Work 5 / off 3 / 11pm - 7:30 am. I usually sleep between the hours of 11am to 7-8pm and need a semi-quiet atmosphere to get fully rested. Understand 100% quiet is not reasonable, but would appreciate consideration as I will do the same on my nights off. On rare occasions am required to work 4 hrs before or 4 hours after normal shift and my nights off rotate every week / 14 yr old daughter lives with her mother - overnight visits not required. I am a smoker, but will respect your wishes on this.
