Preferred room and roommate description

I am looking for one bedroom with a private bath. I would perfer that there is laundry on-site. A basement apartment/in-law suite would be ideal, but then again it just depends on the space. I definately want to know my roomate(s). I consider myself to be average at cleaning (but some think I am a neat freak, my BF). I do not currently have pets but I would like to get one, so it would be great if that was possible.

I am 24 F,just finishing Grad school and am just starting to get some "real world experience". I do not party but like to have a few friends over once in awhile. I work a lot so I am only really home at night. I am generally easy to get along with.
