We are a young, clean, quiet, drama-free couple in our early twenties renting a 5 bedroom house in north Ballard, looking for a sociable, clean-ish, decent individual, or couple to take over any of the three rooms in our basement. Great place to spread out, hang your hat, relax, have fun. We do have two cats, who are more like furniture than animals, and we are both very eclectic and artistic. It is also important to mention that we have front/back yards, separate garage, washer/dryer, off street parking, and of course cable/internet.
