Hello-
I am currently attempting to find a replacement for myself up in the Avenues, to take over my lease from approx the first of December to approx Aug (the length of the lease is negotiable). I have a huge room, fantastic view, large closets and two amazing roommates (one male and one female both are graduate students at The U). Rent is ~370 per month with utilities split three ways, in the winter months rent runs approx ~430 and in the summer ~390 and deposit is ~370. We have plenty of street parking, free washer and dryer on site, easy bus access, a fantastic neighborhood and did I mention... AMAZING VIEWS!
