The unit has a tub/shower, hardwood floors, large stainless steel stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, washer and dryer. There is also a courtyard and small deck. Utilities included
The condo is located on Harrison 3 blocks east of Harlem Ave. close to cleaners, restaurants, a bakery, shopping, etc.
The Oak Park blue line is across the street and 20 minutes from the loop. Parking is not included but available.
I'm looking for a roommate that does not smoke, not a big drinker, and would help me keep the condo clean neat and organized.
Application, credit/background check, proof of income, references, and one month security deposit $700 is required.
