Ok, so a little sarcasm aside--thanks for taking time to read my ad.
A little about me: I'm a straight, single guy, late 30's, work as a Marketing Writer, non-smoker, into biking and yoga, and stay fairly busy during the week. What you'd probably like about me is my sense of humor and that I'm generally tidy in common areas and keep pretty normal life with a regular schedule. I'm originally from the Midwest, and somewhat new to Austin.
I'd like to find someone to share a place with to save money on bills, pref. someone who is mature, responsible, down to earth, honest, thoughtful of others, pays bills on time, no drama and a relatively normal life with no surprises or hangups. And seriously, if you have something like OCD or bi-polar, don't wait until after someone moves in with you to have them find out, as it's a great way to lose a roommate in no time flat.
Location-wise, within 10 minutes of downtown, quiet street. Approx. $500 per month, give or take with utilities. High speed Internet a must.
