this is a quiet household with three housemates who are easy-going, curteous and friendly, but self-sufficient, independant and non-intrusive. We work. We typically socialize outside the house. We relax quietly at home. There is currently one room available. It is 10'x14' with a small closet. Utilities (gas, elec, water, cable and secure wireless network to the internet) included. It is on the second floor and shares a full bath with the other rooms there. Communal living room, big kitchen, laundry, and storage facilties. Nearby lot or street parking. Close to orchard and I-88. Within walking distance to PACE bus stops.
