Preferred room and roommate description

Hi, I just learned that I am being transferred to Aurora. My current lease is not up until March, so I will commute till then.

Ideally, from March until about October, I would like to rent a room. I would prefer my own bathroom. I do have one pet, a cat, who will be with me. I don't actually need much space, and most weekends I will spend at my boyfriend's house. He may occasionally stay with me, but that will not be common.

I would prefer a roommate who is generally clean, but not a neat freak. I tend to be in bed by 10:30 weeknights, so respect for work hours is appreciated.

I want a monthly rate that includes all utilities. I would be willing to do a small deposit.

This is probably way too early to hunt for a place, but I wanted to see what options are available. Thanks!
