1 bedroom 1 full bath room for rent to share in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with living room, den, full kitchen, huge backyard. Nice quiet neighborhood. Utilities would be shared cost. We can do a phone meeting then in person as follows. I can send pictures through text or email of the room. I share the home with with my long time friend. I am a full time student, bartender and in the USAR. We are two friends sharing a big home and would like a laid back roommate to share the cost so we can do some necessary saving. We are both very clean and would prefer a roommate with the same home values. We plan to live in our home for at least another year or two so if you need a place to stay we would enjoy the company as long as we all can agree on the same living terms which should be very easy.
