Preferred room and roommate description
WHO: We’re looking for a responsible (financially and otherwise) house mate with a great personality to share a home with. We share a warm household, and expect a third roommate to maintain the balance of coexisting in the same house in a friendly way, meanwhile respecting our own and each others’ privacy. We also share our home with two clean indoor dogs. The house is a peaceful, quiet, loving home environment, which happens to also be a non-smoking home.
WHAT: 3 bedroom/2 bathroom fully furnished (except for the vacant bedroom) and equipped house. Our house mate would have full privileges of the entire house, including: living room, dining room, office/work space, front/back yard, kitchen, kitchen appliances, backyard storage fridge, Direct TV with DVR, Sparkletts water service, wireless internet, central air/heat, washer & dryer, weekly gardener, a housekeeper once a month, and awesome roommates. Our future house mate would be sharing a restroom with one tidy female, and any generally any house guests as it’s the “main” bathroom. The available bedroom is the front room, which quant and well lit with natural sunlight.
WHERE: The 3 bedroom house is located in Atwater Village on tree lined road. This section of town is considered the Beverly Hills of Atwater Village. We didn’t make that up! Atwater is located right off the 5 freeway near Griffith Park between Los Feliz and Glendale and is close to all major freeways. There is a Farmers Market every Sunday about ½ a mile away, shopping, restaurants, a bike path along the LA River and great local bars – all walking distance. The community is quiet and quaint and has a very nice vibe to it. Definitely an eclectic neighborhood!
HOW MUCH: Rent is $800 due on the 1st of the month with a deposit due upon moving in. Bills are split 3 ways unless accommodations are in order (i.e. if a roommate has a guest stay with them for an extended period of time they may be asked or can offer to pay more). You are roughly looking at more or less $1000 a month with bills.
