Preferred room and roommate description

So, this is a crazy mess, but i start school on the 20th and need a place by then even if its only temporary until i can find something permanent....I don't know what the school expects me to do as I am out of state and JUST now got the ok. So i am just looking to see what i can find, because i know they don't have readily available student housing.
