I'm looking for a unfurnished room w own bathrm preferably, can rent for $350 a month. I am very clean, cook for myself, buy own groceries, smoke but outside only. I'm quiet usually by myself. I don't party but if you do I have no problem at all. I have a nephew(Jacob) 7yrs old I care for occassionally. I'm very strict on respecting other peoples home. I am 42yrs old, disable but do everything for myself.
