Preferred room and roommate description

Hey everybody,

I am a 28 year old female from Germany and I will be doing an internship at the German American Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta starting on the 7th of December and lasting one full year. So right now I am looking for a fully furnished room (bed, closet, desk, a nightstand would be cute) in a nice little place if possible near Midtown since this is where I will be working at. I will probably get a car for the time being in Atlanta but if there was a busstop nearby I could take a little more time looking for a ride and use public transportation the first few weeks. The internship is paid so you don't have to worry about me paying on time. I hope to find something that is not more than $ 400 including all utilities. About me: I am a fun person to be around, drama-free, responsible, clean and I hope to find someone who is the same way. I do smoke, but only once in a while and prefer smoking outside since I don't like to have the smell in the house. Other than that I don't do any drugs ;) alcohol only sometimes when going out since I always get terrible hang overs and I don't like those ;) I don't have any pets to bring from Germany but if you have a dog or cat that is fine with me.
