Don't have any real preferences- just looking for a temporary living situation for about 6 months. I'm a very laid back person who doesn't like drama and would like the same in a roommate. I have 3 children all boys who live with teir dad but I would like a situation that would be comfortable with visits every other weekend. They are 7, 10 and 12 so they are old enough not to tear up your house lol
