I am a UGA student looking for roommates to split a very nice 4b/3ba house 3-4 ways. Rent is 425 + equal split of utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas, High-speed cable internet). The house is NEW with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fireplace, hardwood floors, and screened back porch. It's conveniently located just 10 minutes from UGA's Main Campus. This is a very nice neighborhood with sidewalks and small lake.
Current roommates are very laid back. We are focused on our education, but definitely game to throw occasional parties.
