Preferred room and roommate description
This is a 3 bedroom house with 3 baths. One male and one female roommates. Our 3rd roommate just moved out and we are looking for someone to fill his spot. Rent is 400 a month plus 1/3 of utilities. We keep the house pretty clean but we are by no means neat freaks. We have a good time and like to go out on a regular basis. We want someone who does not mind us having a good time and we won't hold you back from having people over either. We can be loud, but we aren't most of the time. Bridgewater is a fun neighborhood which is all students. There are always parties, but it is never to crazy. If you study all the time and need it quiet 24/7, we are not for you. If you are a hardcore partier or are into any kind of drugs, don't email us. We are drinkers, so clearly alcohol is fine. Small pets would be ok, but nothing messy or over 20 pounds. The living room is furnished and we have everything for the kitchen. All you need is stuff for your room. We are actually really fun, so email us.
