We are a young Brazilian family renting a furnished room in Astoria, Queens. We are close to Markets, Laundromats, Rite Aid, Duane Reade, Kaufman Movie Theatre, Restaurants and the subway station (Steinway St) is right at the corner. We share bathroom, living room and kitchen ( I do cook a lot and don't mind if you do). We work everyday from 9 to 5 and we like to spend free time together as a family, you won't see us very much. All the utilities are included (even paper towel and toilet paper). We require a deposit (900) which we will give back to you once you move.
