Preferred room and roommate description

All Utilities, Cable, WiFi, etc... INCLUDED!! (There is a small deposit of $150.00 to hold the room, serious inquries only please) The room itself is about 12'x12', with a small closet. There is a shared bathroom upstairs on the top floor of a 3 story townhouse and in the basement. The townhouse is located in a beautiful community called Lake Braddock, VA. The comunity boasts two private pools, tennis courts, soccer/sports fields and lots of street and private parking. There is a small pond with a path to walk around as well as a large lake in the center of the community that allows some very nice fishing, boating, biking, hiking, and is surrounded by a very nice path for walking, running or biking as well as playgrounds for children. Directly behind the house is a Metro bust stop that takes you almost anywhere in the Norther Virginia/DC Metro Area during the week. On the weekend commuting is a little harder but still possible with a bus stop within walking distance to take you to the metro. The atmosphere of the community and the people that live here is a fun environment where you will be given your freedom and privacy. We have block parties to welcome new occupants and yard sells regullary during the summer. We are also within Fairfax County, VA which has a wonderful school system that anyone with children would have a prime pick of schools in our area. We even live walking distance away from one of the biggest high schools in the area. The current occupants/tenants love to socialize and have fun with new friends and familes. We are conscious of our house mate's personal space and need for quiet when appropriate. All in all it is a great place for a working professional who is looking for solid great roomates. Or that quiet person who just likes to go to work and then come home to be by themselves. We welcome men or women equally and look forward to making new friends.
