HOW ARE YOU TODAY ? MY NAME IS BO. I HAVE 2 CATS, VERY FRIENDLY, AND DECLAWED. FIRST AND FOREMOST, YOU MUST LIKE CATS. THE ROOM FOR RENT IS IN THE BASEMENT. THERE IS A RECROOM, IN WHICH THE RENTER IS MORE THAN WELCOME TO USE AND STORE THINGS. ALSO, THE RENTER WILL HAVE KITCHEN PRIVILEGES. THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS IN THE BASEMENT BATHROOM, WHICH I NEED TO ACCESS ONCE A WEEK. I WOULD PREFER A ROOMMATE IN BETWEEN 35 AND 45, BUT I AM FLEXIBLE THERE. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS, AND I DO NOT WANT SOMEONE WHO DOES DRUGS OR PARTIES ALL THE TIME. I CAN HANDLE A LITTLE RESPONSIBLE DRINKING, I DO NOT NEED ANY DRAMA.
