One bedroom in three bedroom, one bath house. Room to park in garage available if you don't drive a boat. Share common areas and use of washer and dryer. Utilities included. There is no home phone or cable. The house is in walking distance to the park. 400 a month, no deposit. You'll have to meet the landlord but she is really cool.
I am 32 and have a daughter who I have most of the time. My regular job is in government. I enjoy playing and officiating sports (second job), listening to loud music, and good movies. I have a cat who is very friendly. I don't keep regular hours and can be up late or to bed early.
I am looking for someone that is ok with a kid running around, doesn't mind my cat, and isn't grossed out about having to share a bathroom (I keep a clean bathroom). Smoking is not ok or drug use. If you have odd hours I don't mind, so do I.
