Preferred room and roommate description
A friendly optimistic person looking for a roommate to rent a room in my condo, built in 2005. New appliances (including washer/drier). We each would have our own bathroom. Bedroom has walk-in closet. I like to keep a clean and tidy house. Must be willing to help keep clean and clean up after self. I love to bake and cook—always make extra to share (so if you love food you're welcome here). I enjoy throwing occasional dinner parties and hosting a baking day during the holidays. Love to decorate for the holidays.
Looking for a nonsmoker (if you are, it's fine, just not in the house).
Must be politely quiet after 10:30 pm. I work a normal work week, 9am to 5pm days (sometimes later). Ideally would like someone who works days as well. Utilities included in rent. If you wish to go in on cable/internet it would be extra.
