my name is bill and i have a room for rent in a brand new house. the house is located in ypsilanti in a new subdivision. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, gas fireplace, big screen tv, dishwasher, washer/dryer, leather furniture, 8 ft pool table, air hockey table, soccer table, home gym, and more !!! the rooms rents for only $375 per month + utilities ($75 per month ). the room is CABLE READY AND INTERNET READY furnished and is awesome !!! THE ROOM INCLUDES YOUR OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM !!! THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS ONLY $300 and the house is NEW and clean, so we are looking for a clean roommate. Right now there are 2 people living in the house. (Student and professional ages 23 &32 y/o )
