Available January (or end of December) through August 2010
Large bedroom available in four bedroom house (2nd floor). Bathroom right across from bedroom. Has a closet with built-in dresser. House has bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. Coin laundry in basement. Dining room and living room with shared 32" flatscreen tv with DVR! Cable in room as well.
Three other responsible roommates, seniors at the University of Michigan. Very nice and clean, gone a lot for studying during the day, not hard partiers.
Nice location right off State street close to central campus and Kerrytown.
No pets.
Utilities included, just pay Comcast to roommate who takes care of the bill.
One parking space included.
Perfect for one person or a couple. I currently occupy the room with my fiance, but we are moving back home in December after I graduate because we are expecting a baby girl! I lived with these roommates for 2 years now and have no complaints. Easy going and easy to talk to.
