Preferred room and roommate description

I'm looking to find someone that has or is looking for a 2 bdrm apartment/condo/house. I stay very busy during the week with work and school. I keep the places I stay at clean and functional, and appreciate it when people at least clean up after themselves. I don't smoke and I may have a beer or two after work but nothing crazy. Looking for a student or someone that is working, between the ages of 21-45. I get along well with most people, I don't have a preference as far as male/female roommate goes.
