This room will be available the first week of December, in a clean quite secure 16 room, rooming house!
There are 2 1/2 bathrooms and 2 full kitchens.
No drinking, No drugs, No pets. No Couples.
Please, have full time employment, or a stable monthly income.
It is close to down town, shopping, 2 Buses only a block away(bus 13 and bus 15) that run every 1/2 hour Monday thru Friday, and a grocery store right next door!
On site pay laundry, and parking.
Cable is available for $20. a month and that gives you all the basic channels.
Deposit is the same as rent. All utilities included.
The Room is 155sq ft.
Sorry we do not rent for any less than 6 months after that month to month.
