I have a room downstairs that has a wall-to-wall closet that I am renting out for $450. And it includes utilities like electricity, water, sewer, garbage, satellite, phone, and DSL. You also have access to appliances like the microwave, vacuum, and washing machine/dryer and you would have a parking spot.
I am an American-Filipino single mother of an 9 year old boy. He is my Sunshine. He will be going to 3rd grade and daycare afterwards. We have a lot of activities such as sports, church & gym workouts, so we are not home a lot. We have a lot of friends and neighbors that can watch him, so I do not need to ask you to babysit him. Since we’ve had roommates for a long time, then he knows how to be quite and respectful.
Professionally I am a Meeting Planner. Prior to having my son, I went to Europe for about 6 months and stayed with my English uncle and aunt in Leicester or my best friends in London or backpacked the rest of Europe. I love to travel but due to my circumstances cannot go anymore like I used to. My parents live in Charleston, so we go to the beach as much as we can during the summer. I am pretty easy going, but I would like common living areas to be clean.
The location of the house is conveniently less than 2 miles from GA 400 and is close to Haynes Bridge/Old Milton and Main St/Alpharetta Hwy and is right in the heart of downtown Alpharetta.
If you are interested, I will need references and first and last month’s rent as soon as possible. I am pretty flexible and would like it if you stay at least 6 month’s but I would definitely need at least 2 month’s notice if you are vacating to give me time to find another roommate.
