There are no fees for this rental. It is a 5 bedroom condo approximately 2500 square feet. With central alarm,central air and heat, three bathrooms, dinning room,very large living room with a 24 foot high ceiling. Very well insulated.
The rent will include central alarm, all utilities including air conditioning and cooking gas and Internet cable (but you are responsible for extra charges - movies,sports,etc.), linen if needed. Tenants are responsiable for A/C repairs if needed.
There are carpet in all bedroom and hallways and hardwood floors in living room and dinning room.

All bed room have door locks. The condo has five levels and four of the bedrooms have their own level.
The 2 of the rooms that are for rent have their own entrance and level.

My son Dan lives in this 5 bedroom condo.
Dan does not smoke or do drugs nor has any pets. He graduated from Mount Ida College in Newton, MA ("Cum Laude "), and does some marketing and advertising ,and helps me in my business. Dan also works at Hanscom air force base as well.
Dan loves sports however basketball and baseball are his favorites. He also enjoys playing tennis and working out at the gym.
Dan also loves watching and going to the movies and dinning out. We have friends who run the local movie house and Dan can take friends to the first run movies free almost any time he wants. Dan has a car and will be renting two of the available parking spaces.
Do you have a car and if so, will you need a parking space? Parking spaces are $150/ month for a large car. If you have a small car a $100space could be available.

I have just installed an air purification system in the house and have cleaned out all of the central air vent ducts. There is a new heating and air conditioning system for the condo. I have installed an electrostatic filter for the heat and air unit.. ( I want everything to be nice for my son) There will be no pet of any kind allowed and no smoking in the condo.
You will need first month -last month-security deposit and if furnished security deposit for furnished items left in the condo for your use (this will not be a big amount). Now the most important information. How much is the rent? When you see the apartment you can tell me which bedroom you would like.
