Preferred room and roommate description

Large room available in 2 bedroom apartment in triple decker building in lower Allston.

66 (to Harvard Square) Bus stop right next to building. Located right next to Cambridge St. and exit 18 Mass Pike entrance. Downtown Boston just a short 3 mile cruise down Storrow Drive or by bike on Esplinade, both very close.

I have a cat, not sure if landlord will allow additional cats but I can always ask.

Adequate size bathroom, living room and kitchen.

On street parking is ample and free (no permits required).

Rent is $600 and I require first, and last. So the total cost to move in would be $1200. I'll be willing to pro rate this amount if you move in before the first of the month. Heat and hot water are included in the rent so this will definitely save money in the Winter.

Cable/Internet and Electricity expenses would be split in half and would equate to about $75-$100/mo or less for everything total.

I am a clean person, I don't like messes in common areas (i.e. Kitchen, Bathroom, Living room) so you must be someone who doesn't mind cleaning up after yourself. Occasional guests are ok but no continuous big parties please. Absolutely no drugs are allowed. Alcohol is ok. I am looking for someone who is employed and responsible who pays bills on time. I also seek someone who is social and gets along well with different personality types. I don't want any awkwardness or psycho BS.
