Preferred room and roommate description
I am looking for someone to take over my lease from Now/Dec 1/Jan 1 to August 31, 2010. The bedroom is the largest in a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is on the top floor of a quiet building (there is an elevator) in the 1100 block Comm Ave, right near Packard's Corner. Hardwood floors run throughout the whole apartment, which has a galley kitchen, and a large living/dining area. Coin-op laundry in available in the basement. Your roommates will be two senior girls who attend BU. The landlord and super take good care of the building, and it is in great condition. Rent is $733/month and includes heat and hot water. The apartment has cable and internet, which is separate.
