We have two sets of rooms available:
Room 1:12 X 13 with walk in closet and private full bath. Rent is $399.00
Room 2: There are two rooms here. One is an office. It is 11 x 11. The other is a bed room with its own private full bath. It is 11.5 x 12. Rent is $499.00
There is a separate refrigerator and pantry area reserved for you. There is also wireless internet and digital cable with free encore and epix movies.
You will also have access to all common areas of the house including kitchen, laundry room, living room, family room, and downstairs powder room.
We are located in Aliante in the Traditions area. We are within walking distance from a Smiths grocery store, BOA, Kohl’s, Home Depot, Ross, Target and Michaels. And are 10 minutes from Wal-Mart, Costco and the Aliante Library.
The 215 is less than a mile from our home and the 15 is about 4 miles away.
We are also within 20 minutes of UNLV campus, Nellis Air Force Base, Centennial Hills hospital and the VA in North Las Vegas.
