Preferred room and roommate description

I have a unfurnished lower floor in a townhouse in Dumfries Va that I am renting out effective 10/7/2009. This consists of two rooms, the Bedroom is 11 x 15, and the other room which leads onto the lower level patio thru a sliding glass door is 8 x 11, there is also a full bath with enclosed glass shower stall . The common area consists of a large kitchen and dining room area, a large living room, and a large mid floor deck on the backside above the patio, there is also Laundry Facilities W/D on the lower floor. I occupy the top floor, so each individual certainly has privacy. The monthly cost includes all utilities, cable/ internet, and phone, I handle all of these so that's one less thing for the renter will not have to deal with. What I'm looking for in a renter is, single, must be stable in their employment, low key in lifestyle (NO PARTIERS!!!), realizes how to treat property, has respect for privacy, easy to get along with, and just a decent person who would like somewhere nice and quiet to live and handles their business. There is a additional permit parking spot for the property right in front, thers no real crime going on (c'mon this is Dumfries), and the people are just working class types. I've only been here at this location for a little more than two months so I'm still trying to add some furniture in the common areas i.e. dining room furniture. Myself...47 years old, I am a Chef at a Assisted Living Community in Alexandria, I'm pretty low key and easygoing (I don't do drama or conflict), with the exception of listening to some music from time to time (I love my old music, I own about 3500 albums), I'm at work or working at home, so I prefer tranquility and peace.
