My name is Stephanie, and I was just sending some lines out there. I am a single Mother in my early twenties that is interested in renting a room. I do have a cat, and I will be going to school full time, will be working full time, and will be putting my child in day care. My cat's name is Sabrina, and she does not bite, claw, scratch or ruin any furniture. She does not urinate inappropriately and I keep the litter box well cleaned. My degree will be in Veterinary Technology and I already have an Associates degree under my belt. I work at an Animal Hospital, and if you have any pets I will be willing to give your pet health care at a discounted price.
Rent up here in Fairfax has gotten to be a little too much to afford trying to live by myself. I will be able willing to pitch in $600 per month, as I will be working full time. I can contribute food, and my fair share of all utilities. My child will be in day care full time, and I already have a day care right next to my job. He is 15 months old, and will be sharing the room with me. He sleeps through the night, goes to bed around 6:30 or 7 pm. He is an early bird and does wake up at 6 AM when I normally get him up to go to day care. I am a quiet person that likes to read and work on crafts. I do not drink, and I do not smoke or do drugs. I am clean and professional, but I also have a joking side. I know how to balance work, school, my child and humor around. I keep to myself and will most likely be in the room assigned with my son.
Hopefully we might be able to work out some sort of compromise, or even at least put this email on hold as a back up plan. I would be interested in seeing the place if you think I would be a good fit as a room mate. Although I would like to wait until the weather cooperates. I am looking to move in sometime end of May, beginning of June, because that is when my lease is up here. If you believe this will be a good fit, then feel free to contact me back. Otherwise it is okay, no hurt feelings, I would understand.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Best regards,
Stephanie
