My townhouse is south of Old Town Alexandria, VA close to all roads and major highways: 95 495, GW Parkway and Route 1, Fort Belvoir is down route 1 (about 2 miles away), Bolling AFB and Hunnigton Metro (yellow line) near by.
It is a 3 story 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath (very large and roomy)townhouse with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, tons of storage if needed and a very large patio. You will have a private room with large closet with berber carpet. You would share bathroom with 1 other person.
Close to Old Town Alexandria and 15 minutes from Regan National and 20 minutes from DC and tons of trails by the Potomac River (1/2 mile down Sherwood Hall Lane). Very Central Location!!
Asking for $550 includes all utilities. We are 2 young professionals (share mater bedroom)/1 student who are responsible, very laid back, clean, friendly.
