I am looking to share my 4+ bedroom 3 1/2 bath single family home in a fairly new, developing part of Manassas. Major grocery stores, gym, fast food, banks, etc... are within walking distance. The subdivision is quiet & safe. My home is in the front of the neighborhood & is very spacious throughout, on every floor. Garage has additional refrigeration, freezers and space for storage. Because we have been here for 5+ years, the house is very kid & pet friendly. Although the yard is not fenced, the front & backyard are fairly large, as I live on the corner of cul-du-sac. I have my, very well mannered, teenage kids with me a couple days during the week & every other weekend. We always seemed to be "on the go", with lots of activities (theirs & mine) on a regular basis. I have 2 dogs, an Italian Mastiff (Cane Corso - 5yrs) and an English Bulldog (9 yrs). Both are lap dogs & love people & kids.

I have a large bedroom available on the upper level, with walk-in closet & a separate door inside the room that provides access to the bathroom.
Rent includes basic utilities (elec, gas, water, trash). Bottom floor (finished basement area) has pool table/ping pong table, X-box, digital dart board area, lots of storage & closets, etc.... Downstairs is basically used for kids video game area & storage. Also, has potential for additional bedroom, as there is a full bathroom downstairs.........Basically, I am looking for a roommate to share expenses. Male or female with or without kids welcome. This is an ideal set-up for single parent. I am very laid-back & easy-going.........
