Preferred room and roommate description

Hi Everyone. In a nutshell, I'm looking to move because I live in Reston, VA (by Dulles Airport) but work in DC. Also, my parents and boyfriend live near Ft. Belvoir and I'd like to live closer to both. I am employed with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield (contracts compliance) and teach at NoVA (In-Depth Interview Training - http://www.nvcc.edu/alexandria/continuing/courses/fall/allcourses.asp). I am very low-key (usually due to my being tired) and very clean. As mentioned, I have a boyfriend of whom generally likes to stay overnight with me around 2 - 3 nights throughout each week; just being honest. He is such the "nice guy" type (sometimes, annoyingly so, lol) and even more low key than I am.
