Preferred room and roommate description

I am a 24 year old professional female living in Fairfax, VA, at Camden Monument Place. I am a voactional teacher and part time behavioral therapist. I work very hard during the week and on weekends I like to go out.I am looking for a roommate to move into my apartment in mid December around the 19th. I would like a person who is financially stable and responsible and yet can let loose at the same time. I get along great with my previous roommates and I'm sure you and I will get along as well. The complex is just walking distance from Fair Oaks Mall, supermarkets (wegmans, safeway), shopping centers, starbucks, movie theaters and restaurants. Rent includes cable and trash pick up. The renter would have their own private bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is very luxurious and spacious nearly 1200 square feet, has four french doors that open to patio and yard, full washer and dryer, level to level parking garage, and key access only to the building to provide sercurity. (May have an amenities fee deposit if apartment complex request it). Pets are welcome!
