Preferred room and roommate description
I'm looking for a quiet, dependable, professional, neat and clean person to rent out a single bedroom in this 3BR single family house. The renter has access to the rest of the house and I have the house furnished, except the renter's bedroom. It has a large front and back yard, great for outdoor barbecues, sitting outside, privacy, and in a good neighborhood. It shares a bathroom and has a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, and kitchen applicances. It's a great place for someone looking for a little privacy and who works in the nearby area. The rent includes gas, electric, and yard mainenance. Some other features include:
- just a couple of minutes to the Potomac Trail and Mt. Vernon Parkway
- two or three minutes to Huntington Metro
- 10 to 15 minutes to Crystal or Pentagon City
- quick and easy access to I-495
- multitude of shops and supermarkets nearby
- bus stops nearby
First month's rent and a small deposit will be required and prefer a lease of 9-12 months.
