Preferred room and roommate description

I'm looking for a simple room or share situation with kitchen facilities. I'm a youthful 50-something, easy to get along with, responsible and quiet. I mind my own business and am very neat. I'm semi-retired, have published two books, and am a guitarist and songwriter. I have a bachelor's degree from UNM.

I want to live close to the Central busline, and preferably close to UNM and CNM.

I have excellent references, and will pay my rent and any deposits in cash. I have no pets, but I like animals if you have them.

There could be the possibility of extending our arrangement beyond one month, if it's mutually agreeable.
