Preferred room and roommate description

Already living in Akron, Highland Square area, work in Fairlawn. Looking for a roomie that could use a friend and not just someone to help pay the bills, that's clean (for real) not just in talk, that doesn't leave things out, doesn't smoke cigarettes or 420 (weed) AT ALL. Someone that would like to share the expenses of food, rent, and whatever luxuries, and be considerate to others in the household that also pay rent. I cook and am clean, tho my room is in disarray the rest of the place has to be on point and tidy. Also punctual and considerate (cook and clean for the other at times, someone who doesn't eat all the food unconcerned with their roomie or guest(s), and someone who doesn't hide what they do or who they are until after the person has moved in). Something normal, but considerate.
