Preferred room and roommate description
i am 19 and hold a steady job. I do have a boyfriend of almost a year and he is here most of the time. i want someone who is down to earth and can have a good time but we all dont have to be bestfriends. couples are accepted, actually preffered. [You would split the original cost, at no additional charge] its a cozy little town house off the road. you would have your own livingroom, 1/2 bath, & bedroom. bedrooms are all on the top floor, LR & 1/2 bath & shared kitchen on bottom floor. garage, deck & patio. beautiful spot in Green TWP. Neighbors are quiet. We cannot have pets but there are neighborhood cats that we keep in the garage at night since its cold. Electric is expensive here but you do not have to pay it. thats our responsibilty, along with cable. =]
The reason for this is my sister cannot afford the $425. so if we do not find a roomate before Oct. 31 of this year we have to move. Its so lovely i cant bear to leave. you will have to see for yourself.
